HGH Supplements

The truth behind these supplements are that they simply don’t work, or just do a little of what they advertise. I truly don’t believe in taking these supplements because they are not natural. HGH is a very good substance and it can do lots and lots of positive things in your body, but i only like to have HGH if my body produces it itself. If you want to experiment and spend a small fortune then go ahead. But in the long run you are going to realize that the best way to go is the natural way. HGH supplements are in my opinion scams. If you want to produce natural Human Growth Hormone, then do exercise. Not only are you going to look better, but you are going to feel like a million bucks.

When you do lots of exercise your body producers more HGH levels and you save thousands on HGH injections. That’s why does bodybuilders always have high levels of HGH, because they do exercise on a daily or weekly basis. Here is what MSNBC had to say about HGH, “HGH is somewhat effective in enhancing lean body mass and reducing body fat, especially in men, but the best bet is to stick with diet and physical exercise.” So there you have it more evidence to back up on going the natural route.

Human Growth Hormone pills are basically amino acids in most cases, so they don’t actually do harm to you, but don’t expect a miracle to happen with a pill.

What is HGH

What is HGH? Literally, the acronym refers to human growth hormone, a hormone produced by the human pituitary gland. The pituitary, also called the hypophysis, is a small pea-sized gland located in the head, below the brain and above the oral cavity. The front portion, called the anterior pituitary, produces human growth hormone and a number of other hormones that regulate body functions. While many hormones act on specific body tissues, growth hormone acts on the whole body, especially during childhood and adolescence. In later life, the production of growth hormone is reduced and the major functions of the hormone are directed at more specific processes.

The benefits of HGH for healthy life are best illustrated by the inevitable results of deficiency or overproduction of this hormone. What is HGH deficiency? In children, insufficient growth hormone results in dwarfism - small but symmetrical body size. In addition there may be other signs of arrested growth: immature facial development, slow appearance of adult teeth, delayed puberty, and small genitals in males. In adults, a deficiency of growth hormone typically causes weight gain, muscle loss, thin dry skin, and emotional disturbance.

What is HGH overproduction? In children it causes gigantism - abnormally large, but proportionate size. Individuals that have suffered from overproduction of HGH from birth generally have decreased life expectancy. In adults, overproduction of the hormone results in acromegaly, an overgrowth of bones, predominantly in the face, hands and feet. Because the hormone also acts on metabolic processes in the body, too much growth hormone can result in other medical problems, such as diabetes.

What is HGH anti aging therapy? Some medical professionals believe that many of the body changes we experience as we age are the result of a natural decrease in HGH production that occurs after full growth has been attained. This suggests that we might be able to delay or avoid some of these signs of aging by either restoring production of the hormone by the pituitary or artificially raising hormone levels in the blood. The benefits of HGH treatment for affected children, to restore normal growth, are well documented, but the evidence is not so clear-cut for hormone deficient or aging adults.

Human growth hormone can be produced synthetically; therefore, it is readily available though quite expensive. To explore the benefits of HGH supplementation, researchers have done clinical trials on deficient adults and on seniors with age related health problems. The hormone must be injected, which makes this therapy both more costly and more difficult to administer than many other drugs. Moreover, though clinical trials have shown a reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle, along with more youthful looking skin, it’s not clear that these positive changes exceed what can be attained by other methods. Some researchers question the long term safety of growth hormone therapy.

What is HGH for anti aging if it isn't injected hormone? It's usually dietary supplements aimed at increasing the amount of HGH produced by the pituitary gland or intended to have effects similar to those of HGH on body processes. Ultimately, these products hope to restore good health, with normal levels of growth hormone, and the optimal conditions for delaying the onset of age related symptoms. There is considerable debate about the effectiveness of these supplements. Regardless, adequate rest and regular exercise are helpful because the pituitary naturally releases the most growth hormone after exercise and during sleep. Combined with a healthy lifestyle, anti aging HGH products are presently the safest and most practical and affordable way to seek the suggested benefits of HGH for anti aging.

GenF20 HGH - How GenF20 HGH Attacks Aging

Aging is a disease that afflicts every living thing on this planet. Since the dawn of history, mankind has searched high and low for the elusive fountain of youth to stave off aging for as long as possible. Are we any closer to finding the elixir that will directly fight against the effects of aging? The answer lies in Human Growth Hormone or HGH.

What exactly is HGH? Based on the latest research, HGH appears to be the answer to most of our aging worries. More precisely, HGH is manufactured in our pituitary gland and is secreted mainly at night while we sleep and is the master hormone that governs many other smaller hormones. Its primary purpose in a nutshell, is to rejuvenate our cells so that they function better and live longer. HGH is responsible for overseeing many body functions. It is what makes the young look beautiful and vigorous. So, forget Botox and coenzyme Q10, its better to treat the source of aging itself.

Unfortunately for us humans, HGH production slows down and becomes a trickle after a certain age. Think of how we get old. Aging usually starts to be noticeable around the age of 30 and increases its ravaging effects over time. The aging signs are all too familiar – sagging skin, loss of muscle and body mass, loss of interest in sex, deteriorating memory…etc. Today’s stressful lifestyle no doubt contributes a lot to the aging process too, and of course a diet of junk food and coffee and cigarettes doesn’t help either. So, what can we do to slow down aging? By supplementing the HGH stores in our body, of course.

Until recently, doctors could not find a way to get HGH hormones into our body due to its large molecule size, except via injections, and the hormone was actually extracted from cadavers. It was the sole preserve of the rich and beautiful. However, more recently, scientists have developed a means to induce the body to secrete HGH via the pituitary gland, using HGH releaser technology. One of these HGH releaser products is called GenF20 HGH. GenF20’s ingredients consist of a blend of amino acids in the correct ratios, and mixed with other growth inducing factors and packaged in a convenient capsule form.

GenF20 HGH works by stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete HGH naturally using a natural formulation. Unlike injections, GenF20 HGH does not artificially inflate your HGH levels because it isn’t the hormone itself, but rather a precursor to HGH. Precursors or releasers (as they are called) are one of the safest yet most effective means to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce more growth hormones. Unlike oral sprays that do not hold any usable HGH within them despite claims to the contrary, GenF20 HGH’s science of working is well documented and proven.

According to Ronald Klatz, MD, author of the best selling book “Grow Young with HGH”, he states, “The new generation of growth hormone releasers is just the next step in the continuing journey toward a longer, healthier, more productive, more fulfilling life”. GenF20 HGH appears to be one of those growth hormone releasers that hold potential to improve the way you look and feel, without the high cost of actually undergoing HGH injection therapy.

Despite some people claiming GenF20 HGH to be fast acting, it’s not the case. It usually takes a while to notice any effects. The usual feedback after about 6 months on GenF20 HGH; users reported they slept better, had more energy and felt better. Not only that, but users apparently notice an improvement to their sexual lives as well. GenF20 apparently works to ease the body into a higher production phase of HGH. Higher HGH levels create an umbrella effect for the other hormones such as testosterone, estrogen and melatonin to be secreted, because hormones work in tandem. Thus the reported beneficial effects reported after taking GenF20 HGH are likely due to other hormones coming into play as well.

If you wanted a natural product that may very well work to eliminate your aging woes, then GenF20 HGH may just be what you are searching for. As the saying goes, “Time waits for no man”; it’s certainly prudent to get started on a good HGH supplementation program sooner rather than later, so that your body can accrue the benefits of increased HGH levels now, and start reaping the beneficial effects sooner rather than later.

He has been evaluating various HGH products for some time now and practices regular fasting together with HGH supplementation with products like GenF20 HGH to stay young and fit for as long as possible, in order to be ready for the next anti aging research advancements on the horizon. HGH Supplement - the Safest and Most Effective Way to Boost Your Natural HGH Levels

Human Growth Hormone Supplement remains to be the cheapest form of HGH product and becoming widely accepted because of its effective results. Unlike injection and sprays, human growth hormone supplement contains natural herbal ingredients and not synthetic ones. In fact, these supplements offer virtually the same benefits one would derive from a costly HGH injection. This product claims to be the safest and most effective way to boost or replenish your natural HGH levels.

The human growth hormone supplements fall into two categories: releasers and secretagogues. Releasers are the least expensive human growth hormone supplement available today. It provides the building blocks of the 191 amino acid HGH which includes mostly of L-group amino acids such as L-valine and L-arginine. There are several chemical conversion steps away from actually being a true HGH while these are all components of true HGH. The herbal supplements are combined and ingested in tablet or capsule form. The pills should be taken before bedtime for best result because HGH production in the pituitary gland is more active during sleep.

The other category from where Human Growth Hormone supplements fall under is called secretagogues. It contains minute amounts of HGH substance usually measured in nanograms, or hundredths of a gram. Secretagogues are a form of homeopathic medicine and it promotes the use of tiny amounts of a natural body chemical taken to stimulate the body to produce more. Absorbing little amounts of a synthetic hormone can cause the pituitary gland to produce more of its own natural human growth hormone into the bloodstream. Secretagogues can contain real human growth hormone. They can still be available without a prescription but only if they do so in very small quantity.

Other supplements can be misleading especially when they claim to have any significant amount of true human growth hormone and are available without a prescription. This is definitely a direct violation of the Federal Law.

HGH Supplementation - What Really Works? An HGH Review

If you are at all interested in anti-aging news or nutritional supplements, you’ve probably heard about hGH or Human Growth Hormone. Although it is important to discuss what HGH is and how it works, the main focus of this article is to review the various types of HGH supplementation. Let’s briefly cover the basics.

What Is Growth Hormone?

GH is a hormone released by the pituitary gland. It generally releases the hormone in bursts. GH levels are high during puberty and then fall off. They remain stable during mid-adulthood (the 30s) but then decline progressively through old age. By the time many people reach 60, GH levels are very small. One third of the 60+ adults produce NO GH at all!

What Does It Do?

Why should we care about our GH levels? GH is important in repairing damaged tissue, promoting cell regeneration, enhancing muscle growth, burning fat, and supports healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Low GH levels could very well be the reason some of us age faster than others. Of course, heredity and life style choices factor into that.

Is There a Natural Way to Increase My GH Level?

That depends upon your age and present GH level. Factors that help with GH production are a low-fat, high protein diet, exercise, plenty of sleep and avoiding stress. If you are over 40 and feeling sluggish, chances are you may benefit from a GH supplement.

What Types of GH Supplements Are Available?

The ONLY type of HGH that has proven results is pure Growth Hormone given by injections. However, they require a doctor’s prescription, are expensive, and can have some side effects. Unless you’ve had your hormone levels tested and are suffering from a growth hormone deficiency, you may be able to see some benefit from less invasive supplementation.

Homeopathic HGH - Secretagogues

These are supplements that contain a small amount of actual synthetic growth hormone. They usually come in spray form and are have to meet FDA guidelines on how much HGH to include. The idea is to stimulate production of your own HGH by using a small amount of synthetic HGH.

HGH Releasers

These also come in spray form as well as pills and here’s where the confusion starts. The releasers contain amino acids which can stimulate HGH production but in fact, do not actually contain synthetic HGH. If you don’t know the difference between these two products, it’s easy to assume you are buying an actual HGH product when you aren’t. Read the ads carefully.

Which one works better? It’s probably a case of experimentation to see how your body responds. There are many doctors that claim none of the oral sprays work. There are also plenty of people using them that claim to see results. There are factors to consider when choosing a homeopathic spray – For more discussion and my recommendation, see the website below.

Nutritional Supplements

Nutritional supplements have been used by athletes and body builders for some time but only recently have started to catch on with the mainstream public as part of an anti-aging program. I’m not talking about the vitamin and mineral supplements, but specific amino acids that stimulate GH production.

The amino acids that stimulate the release the GH are arginine, lysine, ornithine, tyrosine and tryptophan. However, it has been discovered that only a specific type of arginine (arginine pyroglutamate) combined with L-lysine makes the best GH releaser. There are places that carry the right APG Lysine combination. For an inexpensive option, see the website below.

Important Factors to Know – Please read this

You may get better results if you DON’T take your GH releaser every day. It turns out that the body can develop a tolerance to GH supplementation. It depends upon your age and GH levels but every other day to only 2 or 3 times a week should be sufficient. It might also be helpful to change supplementations. Use the oral spray for a month or two, change to the nutritional supplements and then take a break from both for a month. Again, this would be part of your own personal experimentation.

Another important consideration is the use of aspirin or antihistamines. They have been shown to block the GH release and should not be taken within 8 hours before or after you take your GH supplement.

Fat or a fatty meal will also severely decrease the release of GH. Be careful what you eat before and after your supplementation.

In conclusion, HGH supplementation for people over 40 can prove to be part of an anti-aging regime. It’s important to do your research to avoid wasting your money. Do your own experimentation to see what works for you but be smart about it.
